Castle Club amenities, stunning seasonal decorations, luxurious room amenities
The Wi-Fi connectivity needs serious improvement!!! Charge less for food and provide better variety!!! The pool area lacks adequate space and cleanliness, making it more irritating than relaxing!!!

Not quite the magic we expected
Our stay was overshadowed by a 1.5-hour check-in debacle and room mix-ups that had us waiting for over 3 hours. The staff was unhelpful during this chaos, and we dealt with electrical issues too. On the bright side, in-room breakfast was a nice perk, but we lost so much time that it really affected our fun at the park.

A Magical Stay with Memorable Moments!
Our family enjoyed a fantastic stay filled with delightful surprises! The princess makeover experience for my daughter was a highlight, making her beam with joy. Make sure to reserve breakfast at the restaurant to start your day right. The hotel is steps away from the park, perfect for kids.

Just an ideal choice for a weekend respite in Chessy with good value. The staff were always polite and very helpful. To make the most of your trip, use the early access to the parks for shorter wait times.

missingWrote a review on Jun 06noisy surroundings
While the room's decor adds charm, it shows signs of wear and could use a refresh—especially the bathroom fixtures, which felt outdated. The noise from nearby park attractions can disrupt sleep, so be prepared for potential disturbances. Additionally, high restaurant prices were a letdown considering the lack of substantial portion sizes for room service, leaving a sense of being overcharged for standard fare.

A delightful character breakfast
Experiencing character breakfast interactions brought smiles to my kids' faces, making our mornings magical. The decor truly amazed us, adding to the enchanting atmosphere of our stay.
While we loved the amenities, the cost of dining was quite high, especially for children's meals that felt like they didn’t match the price. Definitely a hit on the budget!
